NFM Preset import/export/backup
complete
Nikolozi
While the NFM features will eventually be integrated into Mela and full focus and resources are on Mela development, existing users want to be able to exchange and backup their presets understandably.
At least iTunes import/export functionality is needed in NFM. This is the most requested feature of NFM.

## v1.2
Preset Import/Export:
- You can now swipe right a User preset to export it.
- Long pressing the Save button now gives you the option to export all User presets, or to import presets from Files.
- You can also drag and drop preset files onto the NFM's UI from the Files app to import/open them.
Other Changes:
- In Logic Pro for iPad, the NFM's tile will now display the FM Drive, Distortion and Output parameters.
- Updated the app settings with the latest support links.
- Fixed NFM not restoring its state correctly in Logic Pro for iPad.
- Various small fixes and improvements.
- Updated the User Guide.

It appears there's an issue with NFM state saving in Logic Pro, others have also confirmed it. So, I might have to push out an NFM update if the bug is on the NFM side and as part of this update I will look into the import/export features.

Closing this for now, but I'll reopen it if I find a solution.

I started working on adding import/export preset functionality to NFM, but unfortunately, the group container ID it uses is no longer accessible to me. In simple terms, it means the place where NFM presets are currently stored won't be accessible if I push a new version of NFM to the App Store. In fact, existing NFM users will lose access to their saved presets.
This is probably an odd side effect that occurred after I transferred the app from my old company's developer account to the solo one.
I've provided an Xcode screenshot.

is what the current version of NFM is using, if I change it and push the update, the users will lose access to their presets. I will see if there's a way around this, but I don't have high hopes.Nikolozi

Hopefully this doesn't turn out to be a huge project.
